The IIT Roorkee DoMS faculty includes senior and experienced members such as Prof. A.K. Sharma, Prof. S.N. Rangnekar, Prof. Usha Lenka, Prof. Vinay Sharma and Prof. Rajat Agrawal. Along with them, faculty like Sujata Kar, Prachi Jain, Anamika Kumar Kulbhaskar, Kalpak Kulkarni, Sourabh Arora, Tarun Sharma, Amit Upadhyay, Eshan Bhatt and Gaurav Dixit contribute across finance, marketing, HR, operations and information systems. 

The Department of Management Studies at IIT Roorkee has a team of well-qualified and experienced faculty members. The Department of Management Studies (DoMS) has more than 28 full-time professors, associate professors, and assistant professors. The faculty bring strong academic knowledge along with valuable industry experience. DoMS IIT Roorkee professors have particular problem-solving experiences and areas of specialisation such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Information Technology, Business Analytics and others. A majority of the professors of DoMS IIT Roorkee have a Phd from top Indian and global universities, along with many professors MBA, MTech and MPhil qualified.

AK Sharma

• He completed his PhD in Financial Management from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 1997.

• He earned an MPhil in Commerce with a Gold Medal from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla in 1992.

Sujata Kar
