XLRI Opens Blended PGDM 2026 Admissions

XLRI - Xavier School of Management has initiated the admissions process for its AICTE-approved Blended PGDM courses in Business Management, Human Resource Management and Finance for the 2026-28 batch. This course is designed for working professionals and is of two years’ duration, enabling them to continue their professional journey while pursuing their management education.

The course, now in its fifth edition, offers live online classes in the evenings of weekdays and weekends, along with four campus immersion sessions of one week each at XLRI, Jamshedpur.

The blended PGDM in Finance at XLRI Xavier School of Management is suitable for finance professionals who aspire to move from technical to strategic leadership positions. The course structure covers corporate finance, equity valuation, fintech, data science, investment banking, risk management and sustainability finance. The course also includes a Capstone Project and a Virtual Summer Internship. The course is aligned with the CFA curriculum, which covers over 70% of the CFA syllabus and is suitable for CFA, CFP and FRM certification in addition to the course.

The blended PGDM in Business Management is suitable for professionals from various functions of business who aspire to acquire cross-functional skills for leadership positions. The course structure covers marketing, finance, operations, human resources, strategy and management information systems. The course structure in the second year offers electives in finance, marketing, strategy, operations and MIS.

Admission Details (2026-28 Batch)

Admissions are made through a two-step process of shortlisting and a personal interview.

Duration- 2 years, 6 terms
Mode- Live online classes
Four one-week campus immersions at XLRI Jamshedpur,
Eligibility- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% marks
Work experience- Minimum 3 years of work experience
Schedule- Weekday evenings and weekends
Commencement- 20-25 July 2026 (first campus immersion at XLRI Jamshedpur)
Application Fee- For one program- ₹2,000
For each additional program- ₹500
Waivers- Up to ₹1 lakh fee waivers available to women, SC/ST, PwD and Northeast domicile students (maximum two groups). Corporate sponsorship waivers and merit-based scholarships for top performers in Year 1.
