The average salary for both campuses stood at ₹31.40 lakh per annum. The highest international package offered was ₹1.10 crore and the domestic package stood at ₹59 lakh. The median salary was recorded at ₹29 lakh per annum for 576 PGDM-BM and PGDM-HRM batch passouts.

Consulting, BFSI and sales and marketing domains emerged as the highest for students based on the job offered. XLRI Director Fr S. George stated, It has been a successful job season for XLRI students despite an otherwise challenging job market today. Students were recruited by interested firms such as Accenture Strategy, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Amazon, Eternal, Flipkart and Google, among other recruiters.
