The XLRI interview procedure, comprising GD, PI and WAT is being held in various cities across India. The interview dates are from February 15 to March 20.

Candidates can reserve their interview slots on a first-come, first-served basis. The slots towards the end of the schedule are usually filled in a matter of minutes. In the previous admission cycle, candidates noted that the most sought-after slots were typically filled within the first 10 minutes of booking.

The final shortlist for XLRI admission is made on the basis of a combination of the XAT score, performance in GD & PI, academic record and work experience. Though the XAT score is given a lot of weightage, XLRI takes into account all the factors of its admission process while shortlisting the candidates.

The candidates appearing for interviews for both the BM and HRM programs have to schedule different slots for each. They have to choose dates in the same city while scheduling their XLRI interview slots.
