Whistling Woods and IIM Mumbai collaborate on a Two-Year MBA Program in Media and Entertainment

The program to be launched in June 2026 will span the full M&E (media and entertainment) gamut of film, television, OTT, finance, corporate, data science, brand management, emerging technologies, animation, comic business, law and ethics as per an IIM Mumbai release.
Students will gain from experiential sessions on the WWI and IIM Mumbai campuses, featuring real world case studies, live projects and guidance from industry leaders. Prof Manoj Tiwari director of IIM Mumbai stated that they are proud of their legacy of providing transformative education.
This partnership with Whistling Woods (a film, communication and creative arts city-based institute) allows them to deliver world-class, industry relevant learning experiences that will add to India's global leadership in M&E, said the director of IIM Mumbai.
The program will have an initial student intake of 40. The tie up with IIM Mumbai brings prestige and ensures that our students become visionaries with creative thinking and business expertise, Whistling Woods founder and Bollywood director Ghai said.
