Guest of Honour Sahiba Nivritti Kumari, Mewar of Udaipur and Chief Guest Sujeet Kumar, Hon'ble Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, graced the program. Significant contributions were made by Prof. Mahadeo Jaiswal (Director, IIM Sambalpur), Sarika Singh (BBC Senior Presenter & Broadcast Journalist) and Dr. Suvrokamal Dutta (International Political, Economic and Foreign Policy Expert). The session was chaired by Pranav Kumar Ideas Matter Most Founder who played a key role in creating this unique space for idea-focused discussion.

A welcome address was made during which Prof. Mahadeo Jaiswal, Director, IIM Sambalpur, reiterated the role of IIMs as knowledge partners of national development. He emphasised that core values of IIM Sambalpur like innovation, inclusiveness and integrity are the key in molding the future leaders to drive forward the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047. He added that creation and staging high impact conversations on business, technology, innovation and social transformation reflect the institute's focus on innovation bringing forth new ideas that can be converted into action and promote national awareness. Likewise opening up knowledge in the form of podcasts, movies and essays demonstrates IIM Sambalpur's emphasis on inclusiveness so that discussions connect with students, entrepreneurs, legislators and industry leaders in the nation. In addition, through collaborative partnerships with academia, government and industry, we enhance the philosophy of integrity by creating open, accountable and effective platforms that consolidate higher education and facilitate India's march to Viksit Bharat @ 2047.
