University of the Fraser Valley Signs MoU with Panjab University for Dual BBA Degree

The agreement has been signed between the University of the Fraser Valley of Canada and Panjab University for commencing the dual degree program in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). In front of PU Vice-Chancellor Renu Vig, UFV President and Vice-Chancellor James Mandigo and PU Registrar YP Verma signed this agreement.

University of the Fraser Valley Signs MoU with Panjab University for Dual BBA Degree

The agreement has been signed between the University of the Fraser Valley of Canada and Panjab University for commencing the dual degree program in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). In front of PU Vice-Chancellor Renu Vig, UFV President and Vice-Chancellor James Mandigo and PU Registrar YP Verma signed this agreement.

How the Dual Degree Program Will Work?

The program will be offered by the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences of Panjab University.

  • Direct entry into the third year of the BBA program at UFV in Canada would be given to eligible students of PU.

  • Students pursuing their higher studies under the integrated BBA-MBA course with PU can finish their third and fourth year with UFV.

  • Upon completion of the academic requirements set for them, the students shall be awarded their respective degrees from both universities.

According to university officials, this tie-up would provide international learning opportunities.

The Vice-Chancellor characterised the partnership as an important move in line with the expansion of global opportunities in academics and also saw opportunities for future collaboration in social science research programs.
