The special phase counselling for eligible candidates will start on 5 October 2025 with slot booking for certificate verification. Certificate verification will take place on October 6 followed by exercising web options on October 6 and 7.

Who Is Eligible for Special Counselling for TS ICET?

• Applicants whose certificates were not validated during earlier stages of counselling.

• Candidates who lost seats in previous rounds.

• Candidates who want a better seat option can also participate.

• As scheduled those who have already finished certificate verification can immediately exercise new web options.

Candidates must follow the same process as previous counselling phases including certificate verification, web option entry and seat allotment.
