Scaler has entered a Memorandum of Understanding with the IIM Tiruchirappalli to jointly develop management courses that incorporate Artificial Intelligence and the role that it plays in the contemporary business world. The collaboration has come about to equip working professionals with management expertise attuned to the ever-changing nature of the technological work environment.

The proposed partnership will concentrate on the development of management and business programs that are reflective of the changing impact of AI and technologies on decision making and business expansion. The programs will be designed to be helpful and industry ready enabling the students to apply the concepts to real-world situations.

Focus on Industry-Ready Learning

The agreement would result in a strong academic structure, faculty expertise and a sound management foundation provided by IIM Tiruchirappalli while Scaler would bring in the industry-focused learning approach and experience in technology led work environments. In fact they jointly intend to offer full fledged programs that integrate core management concepts with hands-on exposure to current business challenges in AI-influenced areas.

Abhimanyu Saxena who is the Co-founder of Scaler elaborated that artificial intelligence is fast changing the way companies plan and execute their strategies. Todaysleaders need to be as confident in business as they are in technology. The partnership with IIM Tiruchirappalli he believes will help create programs that build strong fundamentals, practical thinking and decision making skills relevant for fast moving organisations.

Professor Saravanan P who is the Dean of Corporate Relations and Faculty Affairs IIM Tiruchirappalli elaborated that today's business world expects the manager to tackle complex business problems and also be comfortable with new technologies. He said the collaboration attempts at bringing clarity, sound judgment and application of management concepts effectively to the job for the learners.

Building Leaders for an AI-Driven Future

To expand their management education courses they now include the Post Graduate Program in Business and AI in their list of courses. Additionally the company also allocated an investment of ₹50 crores in the next two years to enhance their learning infrastructure. This collaboration between the company and IIM Tiruchirappalli will enable professionals to build leadership qualities in accordance with the future of technology-powered management.
