The conference began with the lamp-lighting ceremony by senior academics from IIM Amritsar which was followed by the opening address by Dr Arun Kaushik. The Operations segment began with a presentation by the students entitled Supply Chain Viability Amid Geopolitical Shifts where the emphasis was on shifting from crisis response to proactive resilience.

Industry leaders from Procter & Gamble, GMR Sports, Adobe and Sagility discussed the latest developments in technology, supply chain disruptions, digital development in India and increasing efficiency with the help of GenAI. The seminar concluded with an interactive question and answer session on how businesses could make themselves more resilient against global uncertainty.

After a break the Strategy session kicked off with a presentation by a student on Resilience by Design which covered leadership, governance, technology and culture. The keynote speaker Ms Ritika Masand of Adfactors PR, emphasised continuous reinvention in a complex society.

Panellists from Concentrix Optum and Dassault Systèmes discussed topics related to agility, data driven innovation and ESG aligned strategy. The conference concluded by reinforcing IIM Amritsar commitment toward developing leaders who would be resilient, responsible and equipped to deal with future business problems.
