The inaugural ceremony of this program will be honored by the presence of Shri Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, the Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha, as the Chief Guest along with Prof. Ved Kumari, the Vice-Chancellor of NLUO. The program will be attended by other distinguished academicians, healthcare leaders, policymakers and professionals in healthcare and law.
