The Institute announced the last date for the submission of the Nirma MBA application form 2026 which was December 15, 2025. To be eligible for the Nirma MBA Admission 2026-28, the candidate needs a valid Bachelor degree with at least 50 percent and a valid CAT 2025 score. All the categories shall be required to pay Rs 1500 for the Nirma MBA application form fee 2026.

Who is eligible for Nirma University's MBA Form 2026?

Before applying for admission in the 2026 Nirma MBA Program all applicants must verify that they satisfy the following eligibility requirements.

• To be eligible for admission to the Nirma University MBA 2026-28 batch, the candidate must have completed a three-year bachelor's degree 10+2+3 or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised institution with at least 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA.

• Also, the candidates joining the course should have successfully taken all the graduation examinations before joining the course. The candidate will not be considered for admission if there is a backlog or outstanding in the graduation examinations.

• The application form for NIRMA University MBA 2026 shall be submitted along with a CAT score.

• Candidates in their final year of a Bachelor Degree may also apply as long as they can submit documentation of meeting the minimal qualifying criteria within three months of the program's start date.

Ways to apply for Nirma University's 2026 MBA Application Form

• After receiving your CAT scores, use the following link to log in to the registration page - admissions-im.nirmauni.ac.in/student/default.aspx 

• The candidates shall fill in all the information required for 'new candidate registration' on the registration portal.

• Submit the information as above and you will be sent an OTP to your registered email address.

• After entering the OTP on this page, you will receive your Login credentials for your application form via your registered email address.

• The candidates shall log in with these credentials.

• Applicants may be asked to reset their password upon their first visit.  Type in your new password.

• Applicants may be asked to reset their password upon first logging on.  If requested, type in your new password here.

• Upon login, the Applicant Dashboard will be displayed.

• On the upper left side of the screen, click on Application Form.

• Read the declaration carefully; then check the box before proceeding.

• Finally applicants need to provide their personal information.

• Then, provide admission details, like Select the program, Select Sub-Category.

• Click the radio button to select and get the fee information. Enter the CAT-2025 Registration Number. Click Save and Next to proceed. 

• Confirm the details next. Review the information filled out. Choose a payment option and complete the process.
