The European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) grants EQUIS accreditation. The accreditation examines business schools on important dimensions like leadership and governance, learning and teaching, research activity, global experience, ethics and engagement with industry and society.   The assessment also examines to what extent are the goals aligned with academic provision and actual performance.

This according to MDI Gurgaon is in recognition of the improvements that the school has made recently in its various programs. Among these are new course offerings, better global linkages, quality research output and greater industry network. The school has also strengthened linkages with global universities providing more global immersion opportunities for its students.

This accreditation by EQUIS recognises the very strong academic tradition and global perspective of MDI Gurgaon said Arvind Sahay the Director of the institute. He added that achieving Triple Crown status places the institute among a very small and respected group of business schools worldwide while still staying closely connected to Indian business needs.

Avanish Kumar the Dean of Accreditation and Ranking of MDI Gurgaon said that the Triple Crown Accreditation shows that global standards have become an integral part of MDI Gurgaon’s teaching, research and training processes.
