Who is this program suitable for?

The PGDM–BA is suitable for:

• Mid-level professionals

• Entrepreneurs

• Candidates with at least 3 years of full-time work experience (as on April 30, 2025).

• Candidates with a bachelor's degree with 50% or above marks

The candidate should also possess a valid score in any of the mentioned exams like CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA or CMAT which was taken before June 30, 2025.

Program Overview

It is a two-year part-time AICTE-approved diploma which smartly integrates learning with a hectic work life. Teaching takes place on evenings and weekends so that professionals are not required to leave their jobs behind.

Class Timings

• Thursday to Sunday nights: 6:30 PM – 9:45 PM

• Sunday mornings: 10:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Learning Format

• Four terms a year in a modular form

• A combination of 20 core courses and 14 electives

• Includes mandatory fieldwork in the last term

• The teaching style involves case studies, lectures, business games, simulations and group discussions.

One of the special emphases of the program is the International Immersion where the participants are provided with an opportunity to learn from the best international institutions and industry leaders. This experience serves to enhance their perspective and prepare them better for leadership in the international business community.
