Day 2 of the 2026 MAH MBA CET Exam was comparable to Day 1 of the MBA MHT CET exam. The paper had an easy to moderate level of difficulty but the lengthy nature of the paper made it a time-consuming paper particularly the Logical Reasoning section. Candidates who knew how to manage time could answer more questions.

The total number of questions that needed to be answered by the candidates within 150 minutes is 200 and there is no negative marking hence it was important to solve maximum questions without bothering about the wrong answers.

Analysis of Abstract Reasoning Section in MAH MBA CET Day 2 Shift 2

As in Shift 1 the Abstract Reasoning was very simple and high scoring. This included series questions, finding the odd one out, counting figures and pattern-based questions. Nearly all candidates attempted the whole section without any problem.

Important Takeaways from MAH MBA CET Day 2

  • What went right - Candidates who applied an intelligent approach by taking Abstract Reasoning first, then VARC and then finally Quant and LR within a set timeframe were able to attempt a good number of questions correctly.

  • Major problem area - Logical Reasoning was long in both shifts. Prepared candidates also found it tough to complete the same.

  • Predicted Cutoff - Considering the ease of the paper and serious efforts made by candidates in Shift 2 the expected cutoff will be high. One must note that MAH MBA CET follows slot-wise percentiling where candidates are compared to those in their slot alone.
