The application process for session two of 2025 KMAT exam started on 16 Sep 2025. The registration in session two was open till 15 Oct 2025. For session one the KMAT Application Form was made available from 14 May 2025. The official website provided access to the KMAT application form. The last date to apply for the exam was earlier extended up to 20 Aug making it the KMAT Karnataka 2025 registration last date.
The KMAT exam is conducted by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association. The form could be filled out online only. The KMAT application form for MBA and PGDM is the same and students choose their course while filling the form. Students must pay the KMAT registration fee for completion of registration and should check the eligibility and instructions before filling out the form as part of the KMAT Registration Process.

Class 10 mark sheet
Class 12 mark sheet
Graduation mark sheet and certificate
Proof of date of birth
Address proof
Caste certificate if needed
Credit, debit card or net banking details
Scanned signature
Scanned passport size photo not older than three months

How to Fill the KMAT 2026 Application Form
Step 1 - Register for KMAT Exam
Go to the KMAT India website and click on KMAT Application.
Click the register button or follow the link provided.
Enter your name, DOB, email, cell number and country.
After registering an OTP will be sent to your phone.
You will get your KMAT Registration 2025 number and password by email and SMS.
Step 2 - Login and Fill the Form
Login using your application number and password.
Write your name exactly as given in the application documents.
Choose if you live in Karnataka or not.
Correctly enter your DoB.
Select your course MBA.
Enter your graduation stream and postal address.
Write your first name in capital Letters as required in the KMAT Application Process guidelines.
Step 3 - Upload Documents
Upload your scanned photo and signature following the instructions given for the KMAT Application Form 2026 format as the process remains similar. Students who will apply later should also note that the KMAT application form 2026 is expected to follow the same rules.
Step 4 - Pay Application Fee
Use wallets, credit and debit cards, online banking other online methods to pay the cost.

The last date varies according to the KMAT exam session. For instance for session two in 2025 the registration closed in 2025 mid October.
The KMAT exam application fee which may be paid online with a debit and credit card, online banking or UPI is about ₹850 with GST.
