ISB Welcomes First PGP YL Batch with 130 Students for 2025–2027

The Indian School of Business (ISB) has inducted its first batch of 130 students for the new Post Graduate Program in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL) a 20-month program that seeks to mould future business leaders.

ISB Welcomes First PGP YL Batch with 130 Students for 2025–2027

This talented and diverse student group has an average age of 23 years with 68% having prior full-time work experience and 32% being recent graduates. Half the batch consists of women with the students hailing from diverse regions and academic backgrounds from India.

To help worthy students, ISB has granted 36% of the class tuition waivers. This comprises 37 full and 9 partial scholarships to make top-notch business education more accessible.

The students chosen for this program have demonstrated remarkable academic performance. The averages are a 327 on the GRE, a 731 score on the conventional GMAT, a 677 on the new GMAT (Focus Edition) and a 99.1 percentile on the CAT.  A majority of them also possess solid accomplishments in extracurricular activities exemplifying their overall capabilities.

The PGP YL program is specifically tailored for new graduates and early-career professionals. In more than 20 months, students will develop a strong understanding of business, leadership and technology supplemented by ISB's faculty experts, real-world career guidance and global exposure.

With a learning platform combining the basics of business with cutting-edge technology and data analysis, the program prepares students to be leaders in the rapidly evolving modern-day global business environment.
