The course gives students insights into how to develop and implement a digital strategy that is in line with corporate goals and how AI may spur innovation and guarantee long term prosperity. In order to facilitate the adoption of AI participants will learn how to manage communication with important stakeholders, lead digital change and collaborate more effectively with varied teams.

Course starts on 30 Dec 2025. It will follow a blended format that includes online lessons, live classes, masterclasses and office hours. The fee for the program is ₹631000 plus GST. Any graduate or diploma holder having at least ten years of work experience can apply. 

Participants will also understand how to develop AI governance systems that protect digital assets, maintain ethical standards and advise on cybersecurity. The program also focuses on redesigning business processes using AI and building a culture where continuous learning is encouraged.
