IMT Ghaziabad Hosts the Annual Convocation Ceremony 2025; Approximately 850 Students Receive Diplomas

IMT Ghaziabad organised its Annual Convocation Ceremony 2025 on October 12 conferring diplomas to more than 850 students from several PGDM and fellow management programs. The event took place at the Ghaziabad campus to celebrate the achievements, perseverance and commitment of the graduating Class of 2025.

The management school conferred PGDM degrees on its Class of 2025 in many disciplines such as full time, marketing, financial management, BFS, DCP, ExP, working executives and the fellow program in management.

Speaking to the graduating class major guest Mohit Burman Chairman of Dabur India Limited, stated that the day was more than just a ceremony it was a launchpad. He explained that the graduates were not leaving IMT but rather entering a world eager for their ideas, passion and resolve to disrupt the established quo. He emphasised that the world does not reward perfection but rather perseverance and reminded them that they were not the next generation but the current one. Burman also emphasised the growing importance of artificial intelligence machine learning and new technologies in defining the future praising IMT Ghaziabad for providing students with the necessary attitude and abilities to flourish in a dynamic environment.

IMT Ghaziabad offers an achievement award to alumni

Emphasising the efforts of IMT Ghaziabad to integrate Al into the teaching-learning process, Atish Chattopadhyay director at IMT Ghaziabad said that the future will not be what Al can do alone but what we can accomplish together. IMT Ghaziabad's groundbreaking attempts to integrate Al into its teaching learning process allowing both teachers and students to stay competitive in a rapidly changing business world.

Chattopadhyay added that IMT Ghaziabad is India's first foremost business school to offer all female students a 25% scholarship along with financial aid to deserving students.

He spoke to the graduates that leadership today is not only about achievements but also about accountability. As a United Nations partner institution IMT Ghaziabad is proud of its efforts towards the SDGs.

Additionally the management school provided prizes to alumni for their success. For her outstanding leadership Charu Kaushal, a student of the Class of 1996 and the head of office of Allianz Partners India was given the Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Ashish Kapoor a student of Class 2015 Head of Growth and Strategy at Mahindra Teqo, received the Young Alumnus Achiever Award in recognition of his ingenuity and determination.
