Eligibility Criteria for DoMS IIT Madras MBA

• Admission to the MBA program is mainly based on a valid CAT 2025 score for Indian citizens.

• Final year graduation students can also apply if they fulfill the requirements for a degree before pursuing this program.

• IIT passouts with CGPA of 8 and above need not appear for the CAT.

• Foreigners can apply for admission through GMAT scores and sponsored candidates can also apply as per the rules and regulations of the institute.

For IIT Madras MBA shortlisting a composite score comprising CAT score, academic performance, work experience, academic diversity and gender diversity will be used. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for reflective writing and in-person interviews based on their composite scores.

Applicants should be ready with all necessary documents such as academic qualifications, CAT scorecard or GMAT score for foreign applicants and category certificates (if applicable) along with proper identity proof. Applications should be complete and fee payment is successful as any incomplete application will not be entertained. Early preparation for interview rounds is required as shortlisting is expected to take place in early March.
