The candidates can check their shortlist status by following these steps -

1. Open the official website of IIT Kanpur. 

2. Enter your registered password and email address. 

3. Your admission status will be displayed on the screen as per your CAT 2025 score. 

4. Download the PDF of the shortlist confirmation letter/call letter for reference purposes. 

The IIT Kanpur shortlist has been generated on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the CAT 2025 exam.

Applicants are advised to note down the important dates associated with the admission procedure -

• The result of CAT 2025 Result - 24 December 2025
