Based on an industry survey, up to 65 million project professionals will be needed globally by the year 2035 with increased complexity and the amount of data that companies must handle in this digital era. With this in mind, IIT Bombay offers a program that will help professionals not only manage their projects but also align them with organisational objectives.
Course Details
This course will be delivered over a period of five months in a combination of live web classes and self-study modules. The entire curriculum is crafted by faculty from IIT Bombay emphasising practical application learning. Some of the topics that will be covered include -

Financial analysis and governance
Risk analysis and strategic planning
Estimation of costs and scheduling

According to Professor Priyank Sinha of IIT Bombay, project situations are always changing, and thus, today’s professionals have to do more than just perform the task at hand. According to him, they have to consider the strategic and financial elements of their projects. He further stated that this particular program was created for this very purpose.
