Eureka! Junior, hosted by IIT Bombay's Entrepreneurship Cell, is Asia's largest business model competition for school students and it offers the participants structured learning and mentorship.  In December 2025, the competition will conclude with an offline grand final held on the IIT Bombay campus.

Workshops, Bootcamps and Industry Mentorship

The participants will be trained online through workshops and boot camps on creative problem-solving, business building and applicability to the real world. Professional industry mentors will guide students as they develop their models and overcome entrepreneurial challenges. The competition format consists of online rounds followed by an in-person final presentation before an expert panel.

Enrolment & Requirements

Individuals and teams can register for free, as long as each team member registers independently.  A required quiz round is to be completed by students for which login details will be emailed after registering at ecell.in/eurekajunior. Instructors can also sign up as mentors for student teams.

The official brochure and poster are downloadable from the event website for additional information.

CBSE encourages schools to increase involvement

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) requested schools to encourage student engagement. In an announcement, CBSE Secretary Himanshu Gupta requested school administrators to encourage Eureka! Junior to familiarise children with entrepreneurship early in life. Schools or persons who would like more details may reach the Events & PR Head of E-Cell, IIT Bombay at junior@ecell.in.

The program, according to organisers, tries to bridge the gap between problem-solving in the real world and learning in the classroom.  Eureka! Junior seeks to create fundamental skills in the business sense, creativity, collaboration and tenacity, all of which are considered vital to excel in today's business arena.
