New Executive Program in Product Management (EPPM)

This is a 9-month online program in product management. It deals with all aspects, ranging from customer needs and design thinking to strategy, execution and growth.

Students will also be taught important industry tools such as:

• OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)

• MVP (Minimum Viable Product) Testing

• JTBD (Jobs to Be Done)

The course concludes with a hands-on capstone project whereby students mimic releasing an actual product.

Senior Management Program (SMP) – Admissions Open

IIM Udaipur has also opened admissions for the subsequent batch of its Senior Management Program. This is a 12-month executive leadership program for working professionals who want to transition into senior-level leadership or C-suite positions.

Some of the key topics covered in this program are:

• Leadership and Strategic Thinking

• Finance and Marketing

• Supply Chain Management

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Business

An end-of-program business simulation project provides participants with hands-on experience addressing actual boardroom-level issues.
