Together, IIM Udaipur and ACCA will provide improved educational opportunities, including joint programs, seminars and workshops that incorporate international best practices into the curriculum. The MoU also refers to activities such as faculty development sessions and 'train-the-trainer' programs which reflect IIM Udaipur's focus on continuous learning and building capacity.

Addressing the event, Professor Ashok Banerjee Director of IIM Udaipur said that the institute was pleased to collaborate with ACCA, a globally known professional accounting leader. He said that the collaboration would blend academic excellence and professional applicability, with the aim of giving students a global outlook and future-capable skills. He also added that such a relationship was in accordance with the institute's mission of facilitating innovation, research and enriching learning to match the evolving needs of the accounting and finance professions.

The MoU also aims to create a research-oriented ecosystem based on financial and accounting innovation, echoing IIM Udaipur's growing focus on thought leadership and global engagement.
