Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy) has enhanced its relations with the industry by inking significant collaborations in July 2025. These collaborations are aimed at enhancing leadership competencies and showcasing the institute's commitment to executive education as well as talent building.

IIM Trichy Inks MoU with Renault Nissan to Provide Leadership Training Programs

The Indian Institute of Mangament Tiruchirapalli (IIM Trichy) and Renault Nissan Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. (RNAIPL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on July 21, 2025. Through the agreement IIM Trichy will provide a bespoke training program for enhancing RNAIPL's senior leaders' management abilities. The MoU was exchanged between Dr. Saravanan P, Dean of Corporate Relations & Faculty Affairs of IIM Trichy and Mr. Keerthi Prakash VM, MD of RNAIPL at a ceremony in the campus.

The function was graced by IIM Trichy Director Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh and senior HR personnel from RNAIPL such as Mr. Dhushyanthkumar T R and Mr. Christuraj B I. Both the IIM and RNAIPL HR members were in attendance.

This partnership is directed towards enhancing leadership and decision-making skills of senior professionals at RNAIPL through specially crafted courses by IIM Trichy. The signing of the agreement was followed by an interactive session between IIM faculty, RNAIPL leaders and MBA students.
