395 students from the flagship Post Graduate Program (PGP), 54 from the Post Graduate Program for Executives (PGPEx), 15 from the Post Graduate Program for Working Executives (PGPWE) and 5 PhD scholars made up the graduation group.
In his virtual speech Shishir Kumar Bajoria the chairman of Board of Governors referred to the graduates as "torchbearers of a Viksit Bharat" highlighting how Atmanirbhar Bharat and Digital India had transformed India. He advised students to maintain their commitment to social responsibility while remaining receptive to new ideas, adopting experiential learning and leading with flexibility in a world that is fast changing and driven by technology.
Mehta highlighted the value of adaptability, resilience and long-term thinking in his speech as he discussed how artificial intelligence and shifting industries are changing the global environment. He urged graduates to embrace obstacles, maintain curiosity and concentrate on ongoing self-improvement by drawing on his own experience.
Kedia praised the institute quick ascent to prominence as a top management school, pointing out that it develops moral leaders and entrepreneurs. He highlighted that since artificial intelligence is transforming possibilities and competition, flexibility and direction would be more important than degrees in a world that is changing quickly.
Director (I/C) Naliniprava Tripathy, who presented the annual report, stated that the institute made its debut in the QS Global Rankings and increased its global reach by signing seven new foreign Memorandums of Understanding, bringing the total number of collaborations to 37.
The institute will hold the 11th Pan-IIM World Management Conference in 2026 she continued and is working for AACSB and EQUIS accreditations.
Divyan Aggarwal was voted Best All-Rounder and Priya Agarwal was awarded the Chairman Gold Medal for having the best CGPA among the top performers.
Graduates made a formal vow at the end of the convocation pledging to lead ethically and contribute to society when they start their careers.
