Prof. Dheeraj Sharma who is the Director at IIM Rohtak launched the summit congratulating student bodies on their success and highlighting how post COVID trends in well being, flexibility and inclusion are changing workforce expectations. He spoke of a change in generations in aspirations, with youth choosing experiences and self-development over possessions.
Prof. Koustab Ghosh, Dean of Academics stressed the increasing role of generative AI, ESG and the SDGs in fostering organisational flexibility. He highlighted the need to differentiate between short-term transformation and transformation at the root level, e.g., remote work and hybrid leadership.
The conference featured four panel discussions on reviving business models, enhancing brand resilience, redefining employee value in an economy that lives and breathes talent, and preparing workforces for change under "Talent 3.0".
Experts stressed the need for adaptability, authenticity, and ongoing learning as key building blocks of future-fit organisations.
