IIM Raipur Wraps Up the New Batch's Eight-Day Bootcamp
Lt. General Ashok Kumar Jindal, Executive Director of AIIMS Raipur, presented a session to mark the closure of the bootcamp.
Yudh Seva Medal awardee Lt. Gen. Jindal spoke about moral decisions in healthcare and business. He encouraged students to focus on societal benefits rather than money.
Also, he highlighted the awareness of organ donation and requested students to explore digital twin modelling in the healthcare sector.
IIM Raipur Director Professor Ram Kumar Kakani was also among the speakers to address the students. Orientation is just part of this boot camp. According to him, it's about transforming from self to society and learning to serve. Attendees included faculty members Prof. Satyasiba Das and Prof. Diptiman Banerjee.
The camp featured industry professionals with years of CXO-level experience, along with senior retired IRS, IPS and IAS civil workers. The following are a few of the ceremony's guest speakers:

Early in their course of study, the program aimed at helping students understand the challenges of leadership. The institute asserts that the bootcamp is part of a greater program to connect classroom education with hands-on practice.
It is expected that the 2025–2027 batch will continue this exposure when they begin attending regular classes at the IIM Raipur campus in Naya Raipur.
