The first day of discussions included the characteristics that enable CXOs to be successful, people-centric strategies for high-performing organisations and how leaders can steer through disruptions in today's changing business landscape. The second day addressed leadership globally, integrating global thinking with local action and fusing technology with human potential to create the organisations of the future.

Sanjeev Prashar who is the Director-in-Charge of IIM Raipur pointed out that actual leadership transcends authority. He stressed distributive leadership wherein responsibility is distributed, strengths are supplemented and progress is made in unison.

The summit had speakers from various sectors such as Krishan Mishra, Pranjal Kamra, Ashish Kapoor, Prakash of ZS Associates, Preeti Ahuja, Seema Ghosh, Prem Singh, Joy Abraham, Kiran Khapre and Niket Gupta to name a few.

The two-day conclave ended with a valedictory session by guest of honour Deepika Rajor and vote of thanks by Mohit Goswami who thanked faculty, industry leaders and students for their inputs.
