Courses on Financial Risk Management and Decoding Organisational Politics will be the institutes first offerings in October. In November, IIM Raipur will be offering Corporate Communication, Strategic Thinking, Franchising for Business Growth and HR Analytics courses. All these courses include theoretical learning with live case studies and practical application.

All six programs are guided by IIM Raipur seasoned professors and emphasise areas such as finance, human resources, communication and strategy. The aim is to help professionals develop both analytical and leadership abilities relevant to today’s business challenges.

As per Professor Sanjeev Prashar who is the Director-in-Charge at IIM Raipur stated that MDPs at the institute are designed with practical and research-based learning. According to him, the programs are designed to enable professionals to address real-life issues, drive innovation and sustainable growth. The participants are supposed to acquire not only skills but also the mindset to lead and make a change.

All programs include lectures, discussions, case studies and experiential learning. Participants also get a chance to network with their industry peers and thus enriching their overall learning process.
