This course is appropriate for early to mid-career professionals like managers, department heads, consultants, entrepreneurs and business owners. It enables them to learn how to use data and technology in making better decisions and managing various business areas more effectively.

What does the course include?

The course emphasises leadership development across various business functions. It incorporates essential topics such as strategy, marketing, operations, finance and human resources in addition to topics of the new era such as AI, generative AI, analytics, digital transformation and cloud computing.

The participants will learn through live online sessions, pre-recorded lectures and masterclasses with industry leaders. There will be over 10 live sessions and six masterclasses covering the application of AI in different industries. Participants may also opt for attending an optional campus visit for networking opportunities.

Who can apply?

• Anyone with a graduate degree (10+2+3) from any recognised university (Indian or foreign) is eligible to apply. The course cost is Rs 1,45,000 plus GST.

• The students who successfully go through the course and pass the exams will be awarded a certificate by IIM Raipur and become alumni. Alumni privileges include resume assistance, interview preparation and access to job assistance via IIMJobs Pro.
