The LIVE online program is designed to build strategic decision-making capabilities cross functional leadership and flexibility in a rapidly evolving company culture. It consists of three primary modules that address today's business world, global strategy frameworks and the intersection of profitability, sustainability and people management.

The SMP integrates rigorous academic education with practical experience. A 3 day on-campus stay at IIM Nagpur culminates the case studies, simulations and group projects that participants participate in.

This residential session provides an opportunity for peer interaction and hands-on learning within a team context. Prior batches have consisted of students from IT, BFSI, engineering, HR and retail predominantly at senior positions like vice presidents and general managers. More than half of past participants had over 15 years of experience which further provided a quality peer-learning platform.

The curriculum also incorporates faculty directed chamber consultation which provides students with personalised coaching that is connected with their particular development objectives.

Recent study research has identified a gap between aspiration and leadership development outcomes underlining the need for initiatives such as SMP.  The results underscore problems like a discrepancy between gained and needed capabilities poor interpersonal skills and challenges transferring theory to practice in real situations.

The SMP aims to bridge these gaps by bringing together strategic learning with actual business challenges, empowering participants to lead confidently, forward-thinking and adaptably. The program participants who complete the same successfully will receive a Certificate of Completion and Executive Alumni Status at IIM Nagpur.
