IIM Nagpur’s director, Bhimaraya Metri said this centre will not help only their own institute but many others too. Nine well-known business schools in India have already joined as members and will share and learn from the case studies created here.

Violetta Gallagher from Ivey Publishing said this partnership will open new opportunities for working together and telling powerful stories from India. She mentioned that Indian case studies already make up 16 percent of Ivey’s total collection which shows how important Indian content has become globally. Ivey Publishing releases about 500 cases every year and around 30 percent of their authors are from India.

Gallagher also said that students in countries like Canada and Australia now need to learn about Indian businesses because India’s role in the global economy is growing.

Alejandro Garcia from Ivey Publishing said they use AI to help with editing but AI cannot replace human researchers because creating good case studies requires interviews and deep storytelling. Gallagher added that they have strict checks to make sure AI-written content does not enter their final case studies.

Manish Singh who is the Ivey Publishing’s South Asia head said business education in India has changed a lot in recent years. Indian companies are expanding worldwide and India is now the world’s fourth largest economy. Because of this business schools need case studies that reflect India’s fast-changing business world. This has created a strong demand for Indian case studies that show the creativity, challenges and global ambitions of Indian businesses.
