About the Program

The SMP includes live online classes conducted by IIM Nagpur faculty and industry experts. The curriculum is divided into three core modules - 

1. Leadership and business environment – understanding how to handle change and make sound decisions.

2. Finance and global strategy – building strong financial and strategic planning skills.

3. People, profit and sustainability - learn how to lead responsibly while balancing growth with ethical and social goals.
