The conclave provided a special opportunity for the VLFM batch comprising excellent mid career managers to engage directly with senior managers and minds. The event this year attracted a diverse array of organisations. These organisations are such as Microsoft, Deloitte, Hindalco, Accenture, Jindal Steel, Cipla, Ingram and Godrej. Their participation highlighted the program's robust corporate network and its significance in building future talent for the evolving business landscape.

The interactive workshops and key networking sessions allowed the VLFM cohort to establish long-term business alliances and receive mentoring from industry leaders.
