IIM Mumbai collaborates with Kkala to launch Artepreneur PGDM in Creative Leadership for the Performing Arts

IIM Mumbai has collaborated with Kkala a creative education platform established by Shri Kailash Kher, to offer the Artepreneur PGDM a one year Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Leadership for the Performing Arts program. This innovative program from June 2026 to May 2027 is designed for visionary performing arts leaders, creative entrepreneurs and ambitious artists who would like to combine artistic creativity with commercial leadership.

Artepreneur PGDM intermixes personal branding, art principles, project management, accounting knowledge, marketing, leadership and entrepreneurship into a course of study that encourages serious creative and strategic thought. Participants go on an interactive learning experience that brings together theatre, music, dance and yoga with management ideas to mold them into thinkers capable of handling sophisticated real life scenarios using emotional intelligence, flexibility and resilience.

This affiliation reflects the commitment of IIM Mumbai to multidisciplinary leadership learning, extending its reach from executive business courses to creative leadership development. Through cooperation with Kkala and IIM Mumbai brings its academic excellence to a creative environment, enabling graduates to be versatile leaders within the cultural and corporate worlds.

Prof. Manoj K. Tiwari, Director of IIM Mumbai said that their association with Kkala supports IIM Mumbai's vision of building empathetic, innovative and transformational leaders. Artepreneur PGDM aims to develop creative leadership that perfect blend of creativity and strategic foresight that the world today demands.
