This 10 month course helps finance managers grow into strategic CFOs. It covers skills like building investor-ready financial models, handling mergers and acquisitions, managing risks, leading teams and making strong decisions in the boardroom. The curriculum also includes AI-based forecasting, ESG, digital finance and other modern financial tools.

India’s financial sector needs CFOs who can handle both strategy and data. Reports from Deloitte, KPMG and PwC show that CFOs today play a key role in business planning and are increasingly using analytics and AI to deal with uncertainty.

Professor Ajay Garg from IIM Lucknow said the program focuses on real-world learning. Participants work on live cases, analytics and board simulations to build sharp judgement and strong communication skills for investor and board interactions.
