The program as per IIM Kozhikode draws participants from a diverse range of industries a reflection of the professional diversity of past batches. Professionals from the IT, energy, public sector, aerospace, education, consulting, manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, banking, insurance, e-commerce and healthcare sectors had formed part of the previous cohorts. Diversity results in a vibrant learning environment where participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences from various sectors.

The institute also underscored its attempts at gender diversity. Women comprised 26% of the participants in the 17th batch indicating the increasing interest of women executives in executive-level management education.

Debashis Chatterjee who is the Director of IIM Kozhikode stated that the program assists professionals in developing strong leadership skills with the added benefit of enriching a diverse classroom environment that brings together individuals from different sectors and regions.
