IIM Kozhikode Introduces the CXO Program Using the S.T.A.R. Leadership Model

The Strategic Management Programme for CXOs is a 10-month online and classroom-based learning experience for existing and future C-suite leaders and entrepreneurs. It enhances strategic thinking and leadership flexibility for dealing with complex, evolving business scenarios. Rooted in the S.T.A.R. framework Strategic thinking, technology adoption, an all rounder view and responsible leadership it equips students to align with organisational objectives. 

The program incorporates modern modules that foster future proof, tech savvy leadership, such as cybersecurity, digital transformation, business analytics, AI & data science for leadership and crisis management. The training enhances decision-making, creativity and resilience all of which are essential for making long term developments in today's fast paced corporate landscape.

Senior professionals with titles including director generals, managers, heads, assistant vice presidents and vice presidents have actively participated in previous batches. Over 70% of earlier learners possessed over 15 years of professional experience and worked across diverse industries like automotive, IT & ITES, healthcare and BFSI.
