India has over 2,100 active fintech startups, according to information from the India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF), making it among the fastest-growing digital financial sectors. The spread of smartphones and internet infrastructure, alongside greater sophistication in the making of financial decisions, has driven a need for professionals who are knowledgeable about advanced finance techniques.

Program focus and aims

The course intends to prepare individuals for financial strategic and analytical positions.  With the responsibilities in finance going beyond compliance and reporting, learners are expected to be taught how to invest opportunities, control risks and link financial choices with business strategy.

The program teaches financial concepts that apply specifically to practical situations, including analysing financial information, creating plans for capital and employing valuation models.

The program will be delivered live online by IIM Kozhikode professors and industry practitioners. • Eligibility criteria are based on minimum educational qualification as a graduate or diploma (10+2+3 pattern).

Program costs and certification

The entire program fee is ₹ 2,37,500, plus applicable GST. Participants who successfully complete all prerequisites will obtain a certified digital certificate issued by IIM Kozhikode. At the same time, the institute will grant them Executive Alumni status, allowing them access to the IIMK's professional network.
