This course CPAIO is targeted at senior product experts, business leaders, and entrepreneurs who want to scale their companies with product-led and AI-enabled strategies. Chief product officers, product heads, product strategy consultants, product-led founders and functional heads in product, engineering and marketing who wish to enhance cross-functional leadership and generate quantifiable growth through AI-driven innovation are the target audience for this course.

The CPAIO program melds IIM Kozhikode profound academic rigour with Emeritus delivery expertise in preparing executives for product-led success in the AI era.
The CPAIO Program is an 11 month blended learning program that includes three days of on-campus immersion at IIM Kozhikode, pre-recorded sessions with Kellogg Executive Education and live online sessions with IIM Kozhikode professors. The curriculum will be based on three mainstays: product strategy and vision, product-led growth and innovation and product leadership. It integrates essential fields like strategy, design thinking, lifecycle management, product finance and control and AI-first product development.
The subjects that will be covered include AI-Driven Marketing and Growth, Generative AI and Agentic AI Applications, Product Lifecycle and Rapid Prototyping, Cloud and DevOps for Product Leaders and Ethics, Governance and Legal Considerations for AI Products. The curriculum is completed with a Kellogg Executive Education online certificate in AI Strategies for Business Transformation which offers a worldwide perspective on how AI improves operations, customer experience and strategic decision making. The curriculum consists of 90 hours of synchronous online sessions, 15 hours of live IIMK on-campus sessions, 16 hours of Kellogg workshops, two business simulations focused on Product Strategy and Leadership and Change Management and a capstone project. For networking and hands-on learning the participants will take part in a three day campus immersion at the IIM Kozhikode campus.

Programme Details
Date of start: December 30, 2025.
Time frame: eleven months.
Format: Three-day campus immersion (IIM Kozhikode), live online sessions and pre-recorded certificate courses (Kellogg).
Eligibility: A graduate or diploma holder with at least eight years of work experience is eligible.
Program fee: ₹545000 GST.
Certification: After successfully completing the program, participants will earn a certificate from IIM Kozhikode and a certificate from Kellogg Executive Education.
