The course will commence on September 10, 2025 and will conclude on September 13, 2025. The registered participants will be able to enjoy a four-day on-campus networking opportunity at IIM Kozhikode coupled with online sessions.

Program Fees

The fee structure of the program is ₹1,50,000, including GST.

Eligibility

Graduates or diploma holders having work experience of 10 years and above are eligible for this program. The candidates will be awarded certificates by IIM Kozhikode.

In a press release issued by IIM Kozhikode, Director Prof. Debashis Chatterjee stated that coaching is no longer a support function but rather a strategic necessity for leadership success. The program's goal is to enable leaders to unlock human potential, foster trust and create societies that thrive on high performance and continuous learning.

This program will enable participants to:

1. Build coaching competencies to drive high-performance teams.

2. Practically apply coaching psychology to business and talent issues in real-life settings.

3. Establish a leadership brand founded on IIM Kozhikode's academic rigour.

4. Learn practical skills through role-plays, live case discussions and assignments.

5. Receive an official IIM Kozhikode credential to enhance professional credibility.
