In this alliance IIM Kozhikode will create tailored Professional Post Graduate Diploma programs on developing leadership, strategic mind and business acumen.

During the first phase Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management and General Management will be taught with a view to extending training to additional areas depending on BEL's future requirements.

The goal is to prepare BEL professionals to handle new challenges and contribute to the company’s long-term growth. IIM Kozhikode Director Debashis Chatterjee said the initiative aims to create capable and visionary leaders who can guide the organisation in a fast-changing business and defence environment.
