IIM Jammu Releases IPM Admission Policy 2026: Criteria, Cut-Offs & Selection Process

Indian Institute of Management Jammu has released the IPM admission policy 2026. Candidates applying for admission to the IIM Jammu IPM for the 2026 to 31 batch need to appear for the JIPMAT examination. The scores of JIPMAT 2026 will be given a weight of 70 percent. IIM Jammu distributed the remaining 30% weightage equally between Class 10 and Class 12. IIM Jammu is giving no weight for gender diversity this year.

IIM Jammu has kept the requirement of two year drop for IPM admissions in 2026. Candidates who completed Class 12 in 2024 or later are eligible for IPM admission to IIM Jammu in 2026. In comparison to IIM Bodh Gaya candidates are given a one year decrease.

With the announcement of the IPM admission policy, IIM Jammu has once again expressed interest in working for a combined entrance with other IIMs that offer IPM courses. This suggests that a unified entrance exam for IPMAT admissions across all IIMs may be developed in the future.
