The program aims to enhance governance structures, enhance leadership skills and equip senior executives with the rapidly evolving dynamics of the banking sector.

Chief guest Narjay Gupta appreciated the supportive response of the first batch and was sure that this program would provide valuable insights and learning experiences. Prof Jabir Ali Dean of Faculty and Research IIM Jammu underlined the importance of co-creating knowledge.

This initiative was designed to give senior management a universal learning platform where they can exchange ideas and co-create knowledge according to Dr. Muqbil Burhan.

Professor Sanjeev Pathak added that IIM Jammu's distinct combination of classroom learning, peer engagement and case based dialogue is intended to foster critical thinking, teamwork and innovation in executives.

Dr Jaikamal, Program Director of IIM Jammu moved a vote of gratitude to conclude the session. The workshop to be held from September 14 to 15, 2025 was enjoyed with keen enthusiasm by 29 senior executives of J&K Bank. The two day course will feature interactive dialogue on corporate governance, leadership skills and case study exercises to equip leaders with actionable frameworks for long term choices.
