IIM Jammu Ends 13th Batch of Nurturing Future Leadership Program with Grand Valedictory Ceremony

The five day program, scheduled from November 10th to November 14th, 2025 has been designed to equip emerging leaders with the competencies, vision and strategic know-how to thrive in today's demanding business environment. This program run by the Ministry of Education, Government of India's Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Program, exemplifies IIM Jammu's dedication to leadership development and academic success. Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean of Faculty and Research at IIM Jammu was present at the valedictory ceremony.
The event also included a diploma distribution ceremony, which recognised the participants for the successful completion of the program. Dr Rambalak Yadav Program Director of IIM Jammu offered a formal vote of gratitude which was followed by the National Anthem to commemorate the end of the ceremonyThe ceremony was attended by Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean of Faculty and Research; Prof Sanjeev Pathak, Chairperson of Executive Education and Consultancy, IIM Jammu and Prof P.P. Maheshwari and Dr Rambalak Yadav, IIM Jammu Program Directors attended the event.
The 13th NFLP Batch reflects the commitment of IIM Jammu to developing future-ready executives who will bring transformation and resilience to a rapidly evolving corporate sector. The Nurturing Future Leadership Program is also in line with the Malaviya Mission aimed at empowering educators and leaders to change India's educational environment, thus sealing the position of IIM Jammu as a hub of leadership and innovation. IIM Jammu's Executive Education and Consultancy organised and led the training course.
