As part of the partnership both institutions will organise customised and open management development programs, exchange faculty, work on joint research projects and offer students opportunities through internships, projects and industry visits. They also plan to co-host conferences and case study competitions.

The MoU was signed by Sanjay Dhar who is the officiating Executive Director of HR – Learning & Development at SAIL’s Management Training Institute in Ranchi and Kesavan Baskkaran who is the Chief Administrative Officer of IIM Jammu in the presence of senior officials from both sides.

This partnership highlights IIM Jammu focus on developing future leaders and contributing to nation-building while SAIL aims to enhance the skills and capabilities of its executives and strengthen its position as a management excellence hub.
