While being delivered in association with TimesPro, the MMS program will focus on developing robust general management capabilities in all areas such as economics, marketing, operations, finance, HR and strategy in addition to electives, applied projects and a thesis track.

The program combines an interactive online learning with 3 on-campus immersions over a period of 16 days, designed for peer learning and collaboration. It helps participants to acquire data-driven decision-making, ethical leadership and strategic thinking skills to meet complex business challenges in a global context. The last batch has experienced senior leaders from various sectors such as IT, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, automobile, marketing, including CEOs, vps, directors and senior managers.

Indicating the increasing requirement for life-long learning due to rapid changes in technology, IIM Indore tabled that the program makes it possible for professionals to lead robustly and with certainty in the advent of an AI-enabled evolving business environment. To be eligible, candidates need a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories), at least two years of work experience after graduation, a good CAT, GMAT, GRE or IIM-EAT score and attend a personal interview. Those selected in the final list are awarded the MMS degree along with the complete IIM Indore alumni tag.
