IIM Indore Begins Admissions for MMS Program for Working Professionals

IIM Indore has commenced the application process for the third batch of its two year Master of Management Studies (MMS) program for working professionals. The degree will be delivered LIVE online from Mar 2026 to Mar 2028 and includes 900 hours of learning. It is designed to strengthen general management knowledge, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities in mid level professionals.

IIM Indore Begins Admissions for MMS Program for Working Professionals

The MMS curriculum encompasses all the major management areas such as microeconomics, marketing, operations, finance, human resources and strategy. The interactive classes build up skills in data-driven decision-making, responsible leadership and handling complex global business challenges.

There are also three on-campus sessions spread over 16 days which help build networking and peer learning. Earlier batches included professionals from IT, finance, marketing, advertising, sales, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare and other sectors. Many held senior positions like CEO, Vice President, Director, General Manager, Senior Manager and analyst roles.

IIM Indore Director Professor Himanshu Rai said that this two year online program reflects the institute aim to prepare the leaders who can thrive amidst uncertainty and rapid change. He also said the mix of academic depth and real world application helps participants enhance critical thinking, improve decision making and build resilience while balancing demanding work schedules.

Sridhar Nagarajachar the Business Head for Executive Education at TimesPro said that the MMS program grooms the working professionals to handle complex, multi-stakeholder situations with confidence and supports their career advancement along with their organisation's long-term goals.

MMS Program Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following requirements -

  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 50 percent marks  and 45 percent for reserved category candidates

  • A minimum of two years of full time work experience

  • A valid CAT, GMAT, GRE or IIM-EAT score

  • Successful completion of a personal interview
